How sweet.
A method of making raisins, although manual, but very effective. Raisins* should be made with natural sunshine.
Raisins are one the best gifts of nature.....

*Raisins are derived from Old French word raisin sec meaning "Dry Grapes". The Old French word, in turn, developed from the Latin word racemus, "a bunch of grapes" Therefore all dried grapes are known as raisins.

Tough question - it all depends how you use them. I think that
#1 Afghan Kishmish (Kismis)= Afghani raisins= Sun-maid raisins
#2 Iranian raisins There are different varieties of Iranian Raisins; Sultana Raisins, Golden Raisins, Black Raisins and Green Raisins. Iran Golden Raisins زبیب ذهبی (the yellow raisins) the best.
This is the one I eat everyday 💝 (small quantity as per your health 1 tablespoon)
#3 Munakka. Munakka is mostly prepared and consumed in the Indian Subcontinent. In Ayurveda, it has a very good reputation.

Should choose organic raisins when possible, since organic raisins tended to have fewer pesticide residues and can’t be fumigated. However, we need to stop asking the experts what is healthy and just live Eat Raisins!
